Before taking the Aprecap 125mg/80mg capsule, it is important to inform your physician about all the medications you have been taking recently, including supplements and herbal medicines. Notify your doctor if you are planning a pregnancy or think you might be pregnant because this medicine is unsafe to use in such conditions. This medication may reduce the efficacy of hormonal contraceptives. Talk with your doctor about alternative birth control options. Before taking this capsule, inform your doctor if you have liver disorders because the liver is crucial in breaking down medicine.

The doctor may, therefore, have to monitor the condition of the liver. Notify your doctor if you have had any allergic conditions or other diseases.
