OBParp 150mg Tablet is a cancer medication that belongs to the class of PARP (poly [adenosine diphosphate-ribose] polymerase) inhibitors. It contains the active ingredient Olaparib and is used to treat prostate cancer and metastatic pancreatic cancer. This medication can be administered alone or in combination with other anticancer drugs.
Do not take OBParp 150mg Tablet if you are allergic to Olaparib or any other ingredients in the medicine. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience breathlessness, chest pain, rapid heart rate, fever, cough, or wheezing. Blood tests will be conducted before and monthly during treatment to monitor RBC, WBC, and platelet counts. Inform your doctor if you have any history of lung, liver, heart, or kidney problems.
This medication is unsafe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Women of reproductive age should undergo a pregnancy test before starting treatment and use effective contraception for at least six months after finishing therapy.
