Introduction

Palnat 125mg Capsule is a targeted anticancer therapy containing the active ingredient Palbociclib. It belongs to the class of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors and is used to treat hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. This medication is given in combination with certain other anticancer drugs.

Before taking Palnat 125mg Capsule, inform your doctor if you have infections (fever, chills, sore throat), liver or kidney disorders, intolerance to certain sugars, or are allergic to the medicine or its ingredients. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience dry cough, chest pain, or difficulty breathing, as these may indicate lung inflammation. Inform your physician about all medicines, supplements, and herbal products you are taking. Use effective birth control during treatment and for at least three weeks after the last dose. This medication is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age.
