Introduction
Xtane 25mg Tablet is an anticancer medicine containing the active ingredient Exemestane. It belongs to the class of aromatase inhibitors. In postmenopausal women, it is used to treat hormone-dependent early breast cancer after completing 2-3 years of treatment with Tamoxifen. It is also indicated for hormone-dependent advanced breast cancer. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner.
Do not take Xtane 25mg Tablet if you are allergic to Exemestane or any other ingredients, if you have not reached menopause, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
